Skills!!!

Yeah!!! Who knows the indie band Paramore??? I'm totally into them right now, so I spent a total of 7 hours on a detailed shirt of theirs. There's a lot more thats covered, but i needed to show you all the shirt that took up a lot of my life!!

Plus, everything is EXACT. Yeah, I can hear that one nice person (you know who) now, "Stupid Ari, she spent her time on a stupid t-shirt, but hey, this is worth it 100%. Maybe my mom will let me go to their concert!!! (Hint, hint!)

Tomorrow, for the first time in a LOOONG time, i will post an actual blog! I know, right? Amazing!!

Movies: Oh, Pirates of the Caribbean, as always. Movies I also love:: Edward Scissorhands, V for Vendetta, Pride and Prejudice, Titanic, Mean Girls (lol, no really!), Step Up, Most Johnny Depp films...
Shows: LOST!!! Yay! Also, Ugly Betty. I don't watch much TV.
Stores: Hot Topic, and um, those other stores? What a random section.
Food!: Avocados! Avocados! Avocados! So scrumptious. Also, Tuna rocks my world so don't be hatin. Ari, you are not a gansta! Cakes are good, too... oh yeah and drumsticks! Chicken and ice crem kind!

Say no to popsicles. Join the revolution. Popsicles make my lips swell up sooo much!! I thought I was over that, so I ate another one, and they swelled up so much!! Here's a pic, no laughing.

Puzzles!

My favorite subject.
No, actually, this post has nothing to do with puzzles. (even though I am obsessed with them.) Well, ALMOST nothing.
You see, a lot of my friends including me of course, love the show LOST. That is the awesomenessest show ever. Don't disagree. And no, I do not watch House!!!
K anyway, as we are on the subject of LOST, (and puzzles, so it seems) I'm thinking this is a pretty not-well-thought-out post. Yeah. So...
Oh, yeah! LOST! Puzzles! They are connected, see? I have this totally righteous(lol) 1,000 piece LOST puzzle, and I've just completed it for the second time. My life rocks. =) Also, it reveals super-secret mysteries and it's so cool. I am so not a nerd. YOU WILL NEVER FIND OUT WHAT WAS REVEALED TO ME IN THAT PUZZLE!!!! YOU HEAR ME? NEVER!!!
Yeah, so they are puzzles. And it has to do with LOST. See, this post isn't so random!

My week in review:
Mon: Boring... no, actually, I just don't really remember what I did...Oh yeah! I spent the night's at Aysja's.
Tues: Came home from Aysja's. 1pm, rode bike alone all the way to Henry's, rode back. Babysat till 9 at neighbor's.
Wed: Went on Snopes, my new fave website, wrote poetry and did other stuff.

Wowness! Isn't summer great? So much stuff to do. Well, now I got to go...yeah, I have to, umm, well... do something noteworthy, tell ya bout it later....

Here is crappy picture of it I just took with my cam. Mind that I was trying to both hold it up at a far away distance, press the key to take the pic, and drink orange juice at the same time!!

Tear-Jerkers

Tonight, I just watched Titanic for the second time. And guess what? I cried. Again. I ALWAYS CRY DURING THESE MOVIES!!! I am such a crybaby. lol But I do love that movie, it is awesome... Here are the the movies I cry during.

1.) Titanic. Two times. So emotional!!!
2.) Dead Poets Society. Don't disagree! I was bawling!
3.) 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. Ok, ok. I was like 8 and Captain Nemo was awesome!!
4.) King Kong. Ok, I saw this in theaters, and I cried two times in the theater. Don't laugh at me!
5.) Borat. j/k so NOT a tear-jerker.

And yes, I am emotional. Very. No making fun of me, I am freakin' fantastic. Not cheesy at all. Just highly self-centered. Yes. That is all. I have got to go to do my daily cry in a corner.

So, these 10 songs I am guilty of loving. NO COMMENTS ALLOWED SAYING HOW STUPID IT IS THAT I LIKE THESE SONGS lol j/k. It's going to be weird saying these because I am so into rock music and usually hate rap and hip hop. Some of these are really weird, but I like them in a weird way that I wish I didn't.

1.) My Humps - The Black Eyed Peas. Number one guilty pleasure song. Of all time.
2.) Rihanna - Umbrella. An overall good song, but it's still a gp.
3.) Ciara - Like A Boy. I am not ashamed. I love this song.

5.) Fergie - London Bridge. I know, I know!! This song is soo retarded!
6.) Gwen Stefani - Hollaback Girl. B-A-N-A-N-A-S!!!
7.) Lady Sovereign - Love Me Or Hate Me. lol, Ok, it's still catchy.
8.) Nelly Furtado - Promiscous. Wow, I can be weird sometimes.
9.) Tatu - All The Things She Said. It gets annoying, and stuck in my head.
10.) Eminem - A** Like That. Oh, wow. You will never hear me say that again.

You know the hypnotic DVD I was talking about. It's name is TVD. It is a movie that our beloved *cough* hated *cough* Sam made with his little friends (lol) and he is forcing everyone to buy it for $1,000. Actually 10, but it's still daylight robbery.
Anyway, so it is collection of comedy and sketches thats probably going to be complete crap. What? I sooo did not say that your movie is going to be crap, Sam. *cough* crap *cough what? What? Ok, so anyways, check back tomorrow for Ari's Review of TVD. (crap!) What?

Ok, so TVD was funny, but really innapropriate. (Sam, do we really need to hear about you being a creepy old perv of a man who you probably were in another life??) Other than that, I would recommend buying it. My favorite sketches were the Del Gustav talk show with Felder, and the Child Block. That was hilarious!! Ok, make another one, but you promised that the Bill Nye one would be in there!!

5 Most Beautiful Women (or men) on Earth... (According to Ari)

I've recently been asked about who I think is the most beautiful person on Earth. (This is obviously excluding me or anyone in my gorgeous family.) I would have to think about this, of course.

Topping many a list today are Audrey Hepburn, Lindsay Lohan, and Scarlett Johannsen. Not to say that these women aren't beautiful, of course, but I am entitled to my opinions.

For my short list that took about 3 minutes to put together, I looked for natural beauty and lovely eyes. (I didn't have time for the inner beauty stuff.) Here goes, feel free to leave comments below.

5.) Scarlett Johannson. You can't deny it, no matter how much you loathe her. She's extremely beautiful. She has luminescent skin and sparkling green eyes,and her face is close to flawless. Click to enlarge, I think that'll work.

4.) Salma Hayek. She has pretty eyes and perfect eyebrows. Seriously, she's so beautiful, plus I loved her on Ugly Betty. That's all I have to say about her.

3.) Gerard Way. Okay, so he's not a girl (Sam, don't disagree with this), but he's still one the most beautiful people on Earth. His eyes are deep and his angelic voice makes me melt. lol

Just because I said so, there's going to be two pics of Gerard. Oh, did I mention he's also talented?

2.) Evangeline Lilly. She is awesome!!! People say I look kind of like her, too. I TAKE THAT AS A COMPLIMENT!! I know that in LOST, she has dirty hair and face and two men both vying for her affection, and she is tough and did I mention awesome? She's also beautiful.

1.) Winona Ryder. People are going to disagree with me on this one being #1, I know, but this is really what I think. She is flawless with huge brown eyes and a pretty nose, and if you ask me, righteous acting skills. Tell me what you think about this.

Weeks of Joy

My week is sooo bad for alot of reasons, someone comfort me in my anguish....lol.
I hope you're all having good weeks, tell me about them!!
News for today:
1.) I did my To Kill A Mockingbird presentation film today, and WOW I didn't know it would be so, so... humiliating on my part. Apparently through the entire interview I made with Sam, Jordan, Kyle and Zoe, my leg was swinging back and forth endlessly! Plus, I was singing along to my iPod and my hands were going flying everywhere and they caught it ON FILM!!! Then, in front of my entire English class, they showed the very part I asked them especially to delete.
So, basically, in the time that TKAM was written, people didn't have such wrong minds!!! So, in the book, Scout mentions that she had non-explicit "fantasies" about Boo Radley, just about him sitting on the porch and her talking to him casually. So, I was Scout, and when it came time for me to talk about Boo Radley, I accidently put that experience like this:

Sam: So, Scout, how did you feel about meeting Boo Radley?

Me: Oh, yeah, I used to have tons of fantasies about him....

Well, everyone started laughing and they showed it to everyone!! People nowadays, they take everything so wrong...

Thanks Sam. I really owe you one. Yeah, right.

A Tragic Event In the Lives of MCR fans.

I am very sad right now. Like, VERY sad.

Gerard Way is officially engaged. To whom, you might ask? To someone named Eliza Cuts. What kind of a name is that? And how can our beloved Gerard get engaged? To HER?? I am VERY disapointed in his decision. The least I'm going to ask for right here is that Gerard be happy with his decision. Gerard, I'm going to tough this one out, but if you ever regret her, then just know that you have a billion fans who are here for you. We all love and respect you, and do wish you the very best of luck.

About My Good Ole Buddy Sam

Hi everyone...
I am having a very nice day, thank you very much. And how is yours? Great, great.
So, you may be wondering about the subject of this unexpected blog entry. I'll tell you now. It is about a young man named Sam. Settle down, children, it's time for a story.
Once upon a magical land, there lived a guy named Sam and a totally awesome girl named Ari. They were good enough friends, until one day, a horrible thing happened! It was Ari's very important bat mitzvah, and oh, no! All of Ari's friends came, but where was Sam? No where to be seen!! Ari angered at this unspeakable offence, and vowed never to speak to him ever again, but took back the promise when he gave her $100 as a nice enough gift.
Now, to get back at Ari for some random reason, Sam has been demanding rides home EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Now, to make it worse, he has turned Ari's mom against her to work under his unrelenting command!! He has forced everyone in his sight to buy a hypnotic DVD that no one actually wants for his own profit!!! It's horrible! It's unspeakable! Can it get any worse??

Lol, ok he's not THAT bad, but he shouldn't have "slept in" that Saturday. No Sam, I'm never going to let you forget that.

Hello again, and I am about to post a playlist of my absolute fave 10 songs that EVERYONE should listen to.

1.)Cemetery Drive -My Chemical Romance. In this song, MCR gives up another reason to keep loving them, the vocals and percussion really stand out in the piece of music. A definite MUST listen.

2.) Bring Me To Life - Evanescence. I know, SO overplayed, but still, it reall never gets old. I will always love Evanescence, rock on!

3) Misery Business - Paramore. My friend recently showed me this song and I immeadiately fell in love with it. The music video is also awesome, check it out, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCyGvGEtOwc. I'd known about Paramore before, but they are soo amazing in this song.

4.) Face Down - The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Ok, so everyone's heard this song, but that doesn't make it any less incredible. It is original and you can always rock out to it.

5.) Give 'Em Hell Kid - My Chemical Romance. THE number one rock out song. I always go crazy to this song. Plus, I have so perfected my crazy "routine" to this great song.

6.) Carpal Tunnel Of Love - Fall Out Boy. Ok, the music video's a little wack, but this song is seriously awesome. Plus, you don't need to know the lyrics to sing along, because honestly, I don't know a single person who understood what the heck Patrick was singing when they first heard the song. 7.) Prelude 12/21 - AFI. So it's short and has repeats the same lyrics over and over again. I still love it. I would totally rally to this song.

9.) The Ballad Of Valentine + Sam's Town - The Killers. These two songs are both killer songs (lol the pun sucks), the vocals by Brandon Flowers are amazingly pure and brilliant. Yayness!

10.) From Yesterday - 30 Seconds To Mars... just listen to this song. Trust me, you'll love it. If you dont'...well, what's up with that?

Ari's reaction: She's a brat so I'm not all torn up about it. But I truly do think that this will change her opinions on things, and I also hope that she gets a really crappy cell so she knows what it's like to live a day without Tinkerbell. A MONTH AND A HALF FOR PARIS, I wonder what she's going to eat there. No Martha Stewart to cook for her in THAT prison.
